My Signifcant Learnings

The most significant learning that I have had so far in my life is found in my dissertation. I chose this project because I spent over five years working on it. Additionally, completing this massive project required me to integrate all of my learning up until that date. I used my English and writing skills, my oral communications skills, teamwork, just to name a few.

In this project I learned a lot about why people come at life differently - we all have our unique paradigms by which we view life. I also learned a lot about leadership and how it requires one to meet people where they are. As such, I count completing my dissertation my most significant learning so far.
